Message Finding a clean, low mileage Z (TT or NA) can be very difficult. First, I would suggest finding a close to stock, low mileage (<80K miles) car that has been very well cared for. Make sure that you have all records for the car and be postive that the 60K maintenence was done on time (timing belt, water pump, access. belts, etc.). I would not suggest a higher mileage car, as the costs of repairing it and engine swaps (not including the downtime and headache) will make you pay even more than paying more for a nicer low mileage Z in the beginning.
